Best Eating Technique If You Have Gallstones

You have probably heard that eating slow is very healthy. It's true!

When you eat slow, you don't stress your stomach and your bile. Your bile has to work more when you swallow half-chickens.

You can avoid bilious attack if you eat slowly because you don't stress your gallbladder.

  • Lithotripsy

Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal):

  • Open cholecystectomy
  • Laparoscopic cholecystectomy

My strategy:

  • To eat radish and fat whenever I can
  • To consider it as a lifestyle, not a treatment
  • To believe in me
