My favourite vegetable is the black radish. Now I tell you why.
Reason 1: Black radish has a high amount of vitamins (A, B, C) and potassium.
Reason 2: Black radish regulates blood pressure. It has low amount of natrium. If you use salt then it doesn't matter.
Reason 3: The most important function of black radish is that it encourages the liver to produce fat- and protein-digesting bile and lowers the tension of the bile ducts.
Reason 4: Black radish is good for gallstones prevention.
Reason 5: Black radish is good for natural gallstones treatment. If you Google it you will find supporters and attackers. I want to have a clear picture so I have started to eat radishes every day. It's working for me.
